Trekking in Annapurna Region of Nepal

The Annapurna massif and its surrounding foothills offer one of most spectacular treks in the world. Justifiable, the Annapurna circuit has become renowned as one of the great walks of the world. Whilst the full circuit trek, consisting of a 18 days-21 days walk, is for the more adventurous trekkers who have the appropriate physical condition and the necessary time on hand, the Annapurna area also offers a multitude of shorter treks. Ranging from day hikes out of Pokhara to short treks of three to four days or excursions of a week or a fortnight, the Annapurna region provides endless possibilities for trekking. Whilst most paths are well-trodden and get fairly busy during the peak seasons, Churen Himal Treks endeavors to get away from crowded trails and inns and to provide alternative routes.
